  3. After you fill out this form, drop it and a $28.00 check ($28.00 check for the year 2026) made out to Stone Creek Pickleball Club in the locked mailbox at courts 1-8 and you will be officially enrolled. If a couple is enrolling, please list both full names, email and phone number and make the check for $56.00.
