  2. Fill out the Membership Form
  3. After you fill out this form, drop it and a $25.00 check ($28.00 check for the year 2026) made out to Stone Creek Pickleball Club in a bank bag in the bin marked “Payments and Forms” and you will be officially enrolled. If a couple is enrolling, please list both full names, email and phone number and make the check for $50.00.  
 
What is Pickleball

Pickleball is fun, social and friendly! The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a fast-paced, competitive game.
