How To Join The Pickleball Club

After you fill out this form, drop it and a $28.00 check ($28.00 check for the year 2026) made out to Stone Creek Pickleball Club in the locked mailbox at courts 1-8 and you will be officially enrolled. If a couple is enrolling, please list both full names, email and phone number and make the check for $56.00.  
 
Stone Creek Pickleball Club Logo Apparel - Place your order by June 12th


The Stone Creek Pickleball Club is pleased to offer custom printed shirts and hats from our supplier, Mitchell’s. The deadline to order is JUNE 12th - all checks must be received by this date.  Please review the following instructions to place your order:

We are offering one logo option: the Palm Tree logo with a white background, which is designed to look great on any shirt color.

Note that each submission is for one item only; however, you may submit the form as many times as you wish. Please refer to the price grid below to determine your total cost (all prices include sales tax).



The Google Form also includes links to Spec Sheets for each item so that you can review the item in more detail, as far as sizing and colors.  (NOTE:  Once you select your desired item, you will see a screen with a link you can click on before you select your color.  Here is an example:



Submission Process
Make sure you hit the SUBMIT button at the end of the form to complete your order.  You will automatically receive an email with a copy of your response(s).  NOTE:  If you do not receive a copy of your responses, that means you did not hit the SUBMIT button.  You do not need to print a copy of your response order form; we simply require your check for the correct amount to process the order.


Payment Instructions
  • Method: Please pay by check made out to "Stone Creek Pickleball Club." No cash will be accepted.
  • Deadline: Place your check in the locked mailbox at the lower pickleball courts before June 12th.
  • Verification: Ensure the name on the check matches the name on the order form. If they differ, please include the name from the order form in the memo section.
