How To Join The Pickleball Club

  2. Fill out the Membership Form
  3. After you fill out this form, drop it and a $25.00 check (made out to Stone Creek Pickleball Club) in a bank bag in the bin marked “Payments and Forms” and you will be officially enrolled. If a couple is enrolling, please list both full names, email and phone number and make the check for $50.00.

We are hoping to get 128 players from our 570+ person membership. To get 128 players after all the shakes out, we probably need 150 to sign up to play.

 7:30 -   8:15   Check In - Tournament Players
 8:15 -   8:30   Tournament Briefing and Pictures
 8:30 - 10:45   Tournament play
11:00 - 12:00   Annual Business Meeting
12:00 -   1:00   Lunch
 
To sign up to play, eat lunch or both, just follow the link below. Make sure you save the signup acknowledgement sent to your email. You will need it if you decide to change your registration. Please check your calendar and make sure you are going to be available to play before you sign up.

Guest Policy - Payment Due at Registration
The luncheon guest fee is $ 18.00 per person. Place your payment in the “Tournament Guest Luncheon Payment’ envelope located in the plastic box at courts 1-8. Please put your payment in an envelope with your name, amount enclosed and guest name and then seal it. Payments are due by Saturday, December 7. Make checks payable to  “Stone Creek Pickleball Club.”  Put cash in the envelope at your own peril.
